Medication Refill/Supply Management (such as Pillpack)
Liaison with Care/Case Managers for Managed Long Term Care Company
Assistance with scheduling appointments with physicians and for surgeries or procedures
Coordination of Transportation as needed
Oversight and management of Pooled Income Trusts
Providing useful resources & services for clients based upon their individual needs
Maintenance of any legal or personal documents as needed working in conjunction with client’s attorney
Airline Travel Companion- assisting your loved one to travel to visit family members.
