Mr. Gosman received his BA from NYU and his law degree from Hofstra University School of Law in 1987. He has been practicing law with a focus on Real Estate transactions for over 33 years in his own private practice. He has represented over 150 lenders and his firm has closed over 25,000 real estate transactions successfully during this time.
He is a member of the NYS Bar Association RE section. He has been a past board member of the NYS Association of Mortgage Brokers, as well as a member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers and the NY/NJ Mortgage Bankers Association.
